I am an HR Professional and Interview Strategist with more than ten years of experience in Talent Acquisition and HR Management, The Recruiter Spot exists to provide the guidance, structure, and confidence that I wished I had during the start of my career journey.

My passion for this work comes from personal experience. After being laid off three times in ten years, I understand what it feels like to rebuild, restart, and reenter a competitive job market while still believing in your talent and potential. Each transition reinforced the same truth: job seekers don’t just need a polished resume. They need support, clarity, strategy, and a coach who truly understands the hiring process from the inside.

My mission is to make career development accessible, practical, and empowering, especially for early professionals who are still learning to navigate their path.
